Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 business days.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please choose your product carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us hello@lasyare.com.au and we will provide details on where to send your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
